Ryuusei No Rockman

An space alien known as War Rock lands on earth. He meets Hoshikawa Subaru, a young boy whose father mysteriously went missing 3 years ago. War Rock is an FM alien. They get attacked by "radio-wave viruses" from Warrock's homeworld. They fuse to become Ryuusei no Rockman.
